Our Story

Founded in 2005 by David Levine, Reshape Construction began as a small internal remodel company, specializing in vacancy painting and maintenance. As our expertise grew, we expanded into light and heavy remodels, ultimately evolving into a successful fix-and-flip renovation firm by 2014. Today, Reshape Construction is a full-service design and construction company, dedicated to revitalizing distressed properties and maximizing their market value—all while keeping projects ahead of schedule and under budget.

  • Licensing Status: While our General Contractor (GC) license is in process, we partner with 1st Choice Design and Development for ground-up construction projects

Recent Projects

  • Montana Bungalows, Echo Park – A six-unit property on two lots near Sunset Boulevard, where we fully renovated all units and common areas, increasing its value from $1 million to $3 million in just 12 months.
  • 26004 Redbluff, Malibu Canyon, Calabasas – A highly distressed single-family home, renovated and sold within seven months, increasing its value from $850,000 to $1.53 million in a short timeframe.
